JSG double tube high pressure jet pile (pile diameter 100cm-150cm) (replacement method)
JSG (Jumbo-jet Special Grout) was first used in Japan. In China, JSG and CCP construction methods were introduced in the 1980s and 1990s respectively, and are widely used. The injection device of the double-pipe high-pressure injection pile construction method uses concentric nozzles. The inner nozzle injects hardener (cement) at high pressure, and the outer nozzle injects compressed air to form a spray power that surrounds the hardener jet to increase the cutting ability.

CCP soil retaining and water-stopping piles (pile diameter 50cm-80cm)
CCP (Chemical Churning Pile), the equipment of CCP soil retaining and water-stop pile construction method is light and simple. It uses a single tube to spray hardener with high pressure to cut the ground and mix it with the soil at the same time.

LW low pressure grouting
As early as 1887, the French invented the Joosten process of injecting water glass and calcium chloride into the formation to silicify the water glass. Subsequently, the grouting method was widely used to deal with the problems of weak ground and water stop in underground engineering projects. It was not until the incident of grouting liquid contaminating water wells in Fukuoka, Kyushu, Japan in 1974 that the development of the grouting method was restricted. At present, For chemical grouting, only water glass-based chemicals that do not contain toxins and fluoride can be used. The two construction methods of penetration grouting and split grouting covered by this specification, their grouting mechanisms and methods are explained as follows:
Permeation grouting method: During the grouting process, the slurry penetrates into the pores or cracks of the soil layer under low pressure. The stratum still retains its original structure and is not disturbed and damaged by the grouting. Suitable for sandy soil layers with low fine content (fine soil content is less than 10~15%)
Fracture grouting method: Under the action of grouting pressure, part of the grout penetrates into pores or cracks, and part of the grout overcomes the geostress and tensile strength of the formation, splits cracks in the ground, and moves toward the ground. Extend outward, causing the slurry to spread in veins or layers. Usually occurs in sandy soil layers or clay layers with high fine material content.
